Flexographic Glory Inks for (PP, FIBC & HDPE Fabrics)

Glory Inks are highly cost effective inks; it gives 100% Tape Tested on without corona treatment PP, FIBC & HDPE fabric and outside PP Lamination bags. The printing shows excellent glory, nail resistance and heat resistance up to 110 C. The ink Reducer (Thinner) combination shows no damage to Rubber Roll or Stereo. The premixed Ink/reducer enhanced for the resulting in printing.
The Printing of HDPE/PP QUMBO BAGS) Fabric is done on multicolor manual or online continuous printing machines. At the manual hand fed machine, the speed of Printing may be 35 to 40 Bags per min. On the other hand the speed on online printing machine may be 70 to 80 Bags per min. after giving sufficient drying system. Such as Halogen Lamps, Heaters, Exhaust fans etc. This Ink is specially formulated for printing fertilizer/export grade Raffia bags as well. Ink resistant to Urea, Alkali, DAP and water. It gives 100% scratch proof resistance with very high gloss. It has print flexibility in all atmospheric condition. It is available in all conventional shades; the reducer recommended for this is Hi-Tech reducer.
We also supply formulated ink required by our valued customer for UV Stable printing on FIBC fabric, which they are exporting to U. S. European countries. This printing also shows very Good gloss, Rub resistance, Tape Test & light Fastness etc.

Polypropylene Block Bottom Valve AD- Star Bags Inks.

The Inks used for this printing is customized inks, with High Resistance property suitable for AD Star bag printing. This type of inks can be withstands temperature of 2200* c for 2 seconds and average Heat resistance is 230 - 250* c. These inks have good Scotch Tape resistance and Gloss property. We have introduced these inks as environmental free by making it Toluene Free Inks as well for the domestic markets and countries that are notusing solvent Toluene. It is a high speed running and drying ink at a speed of 200 and can be slow down by adding a solvent NBA to run in the speed40-60.
